To change or refund a ticket, submit a request in your personal account. Requests are handled in order: those with the nearest departure times are processed first, the rest within 24 hours or longer. You can call customer service to have a specialist handle it faster.
If there are less than three hours left before the flight, contact the airline’s ticket office or write to [email protected]. If a passenger does not show up before check-in and boarding close and has not given notice in advance, the ticket is cancelled without compensation. If you have to cancel for a compelling reason, submit an application with supporting documents.
Service fees and penalties are withheld; they are charged to the bank card or paid at the company’s office. Refunds take 7–10 days. If a booked ticket is not paid by the deadline, the booking is cancelled automatically.
