The loyalty programme from Aviabileti.kg is a unique opportunity for our customers and partners to earn bonuses when they use our services. For every service, programme members receive bonuses to their account (the amount depends on the fare and the destination).

Bonus programme rules

• Any passenger can join the programme. Membership is free and individual for each person;
• Each member can register in the bonus programme only once;
• To join, fill in the registration form at our offices in Bishkek: Kievskaya St. 118 or Akhunbaev St. 195
• After registration, the member receives an individual card with a personal number.

• Membership starts on the date the registration form is completed.

By joining the bonus programme of Avia-Kombitur LLC, the member agrees to the transfer and processing of their personal data. The member authorises Avia-Kombitur LLC and its authorised representatives to process their personal data, including full name, date of birth, gender, postal address, e-mail address, phone number and passport details. Avia-Kombitur LLC may, manually and/or automatically, process, obtain, collect, systematise, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), use and otherwise process (including electronically) the personal data given in the registration form.

By joining the bonus programme, the member consents to:

• receiving information about special offers that describe the current terms of the programme;
• receiving advertising over telecommunication networks, including by telephone, fax and mobile phone.

Avia-Kombitur LLC reserves the right to

• Refuse participation to anyone without giving reasons;
• Make any changes to the terms for earning bonuses, to the procedure and rights for granting rewards, and to the list of fares that do not earn bonuses or qualify for a class upgrade.
• Change the programme rules or any part of them at any time, with or without prior notice. If the programme is cancelled, all bonuses earned by members may be cancelled.
• The Bonus Programme may be extended by bringing in hotels and others as Partners

Access to your personal account

• Members need a password to log in to their personal account, manage their account, check their programme balance, view and change personal data, and enter information in the personal account;
• When a member registers in the Programme, the password is generated by the company's software and sent to the e-mail address given at registration;
• Members of the Bonus Programme are responsible for keeping their password confidential;
• Avia-Kombitur LLC is not responsible for a password being passed to third parties, or for unauthorised access to a member's personal account and use of the accumulated bonuses.

Bonus programme / earning / spending bonuses

The basic unit of the programme is the bonus. Bonuses earned in the programme are a marketing tool that rewards the loyalty of regular passengers. They are a notional (non-monetary) unit used solely to count the services a customer has used. Bonuses have no monetary value or purchasing power and cannot be cashed out at a member's request.

Programme bonuses can be used to pay part of the price of flight tickets, tours and other company services. Bonuses can cover no more than 90% of the price of a service.

For every service bought from Avia-Kombitur LLC, the member receives a percentage of it in bonuses to their personal account. The amount earned depends on the fare level, the purchase channel and where the ticket was bought.

Bonuses are earned only for purchases the member has actually made in person. Bonuses may also be earned for the Company's additional services and for services of programme Partners – companies with which relevant agreements have been signed.

Bonuses for purchases are credited to the member's account automatically within 10 days of the purchase date.

Bonuses earned for Avia-Kombitur LLC services can be spent on flight tickets and other services for yourself and for other people (minimum redemption – 100 bonuses).

Unused bonuses expire 1 year after they are credited to the member's account; each accrual expires separately, one year after it was credited.

Bonuses are not awarded as compensation for flight cancellations or delays caused by force majeure (a flight cancelled because of weather or other conditions beyond the carrier's control).

If a flight is cancelled or the carrier has to be replaced, no bonuses are awarded.

If the route has to be changed, the member will receive bonuses for the flight actually taken.
