How to change a flight ticket

Whether a ticket can be changed or refunded depends on the rules set by the carrier airline operating the flight. Please read them before you buy. For details about a fare, we recommend calling our manager for advice at +996 500 901 424.

Aviabileti.kg helps you change and refund purchased tickets under the following rules:

• A ticket is changed to a new departure/arrival date without refunding the old ticket;
• To change a passenger's personal details (full name, date of birth, passport number and series) or to correct the name of the airline operating the flight, the old ticket is refunded and a new ticket with the updated details is bought.

Help with ticket changes and refunds

Aviabileti.kg guarantees help with changing and refunding flight tickets. To get it, we recommend contacting Customer Support in one of these ways:

• A request on the website. Requests are sent automatically. To submit one, use the special form and follow the rules. Website requests are processed in the order they are received. Requests with the nearest departure date and time take priority. Non-urgent requests may take 24 hours or more to process.
• A call to our 24/7 Customer Support. Our consultant will help you change or refund your ticket;
• If there are less than 3 hours left before departure, we recommend asking the airline's ticket office for help.

Can I change a ticket for a route with connections?

Yes. All tickets are changed and refunded according to the fare rules. If a route uses several fares, the strictest rules apply to changes and refunds.

If you miss any flight on the route, the airline has the right to cancel the ticket with no possibility of reinstating it.
